Chase’s family has a broad history of owning and operating commercial and residential investment properties. As a result, Chase created his first real estate company at age 19 by acquiring and managing single and multi-family residences. Coming from the management and acquisition side of real estate, he looks closely at the growth potential of each real estate transaction, factoring it into his client’s needs.

Chase strives to be a well-rounded and physically fit individual who has a passion for life. His unique adventures include surfing in Nicaragua and Hawaii, skiing and snow-boarding in Revelstoke and Snowbird, night diving the Great Barrier Reef in Australia, and performance driving on the Nurburgring race track in Germany. Other interests include golfing and sailing. “The personal relationships I have made from these experiences have been incredible and long lasting”.
